Above your allowance, you pay for additional orders and foreign VAT countries. When the next plan would cost the same at your usage level, you move to it at the same price and gain its features.
Start is compared with the Growth price at the same usage, including additional VAT countries. The threshold is not always €299.
Growth is capped at €599 per month for up to 10,000 orders: the price of Scale. Higher volumes receive a custom proposal.

Which VAT countries count?
A supported foreign country counts in a month when your business has VAT activity there, for example through stock, stock transfers or local transactions. This follows your accounting data; it is not an optional add-on.
Cross-border consumer sales covered by OSS do not count as an additional VAT country. A country with no taxable transactions and no stock during the month does not count. The count is traceable to the underlying data.

Subscription questions
What happens if my usage falls?
You can move to a lower plan from the next billing period. Your price still depends on orders and active foreign VAT countries.
Do I pay for each integration?
No. All supported sales channels and payment providers are included. Custom integrations are quoted separately.
Is my accountant included in the price?
Accountant access and exports are included. Bookkeeping, advice and other professional services are agreed with and paid directly to your adviser.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, with monthly billing you can cancel monthly. Annual prepayment covers one year and gives you two months free on the software price, including usage charges.
